... i need a year or so to do nothing but read...
mom just went to an estate sale and got me a complete set of (at least) 53 books... printed 1938. everything from donne, dante, socrates, darwin, vikings, homer, voltaire, hippocrates, pliny, cellini, pascal, pasteur, jenner (the guy who invented the small pox vaccine), aesop, brothers grimm, hans christen andersen... and a ton of other people i don't even recognize...
there are poems and essays and epics and scientific papers and stories, etc...
...and... i don't have time

I know how that feels...my parents randomly like to collect old/good/interesting books....and I haven't time to read a quarter of he ones i should like to....
